The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Transfer) at Cape Breton University (CBU) is a two-year program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in nutritional sciences. This program prepares students for entry into the third year of a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at a specified university. During their time at CBU, students take courses in biology, microbiology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, nutrition, statistics, as well as electives in the humanities, social sciences, and business. This comprehensive curriculum equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the role of nutrition in health and disease prevention.
