Centennial College's Architectural Technology advanced diploma is a three-year program that equips students with the skills needed for various careers in the building industry. The curriculum focuses on energy-efficient and sustainable design, as well as the use of advanced computer technology to create designs and construction drawings for residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings. Students gain hands-on experience in building materials, construction methods, structural design, mechanical and electrical services, building codes, zoning by-laws, contracts, and specifications. The program also offers an optional co-op component, providing valuable industry experience.
