Humber College's Bachelor of Paralegal Studies is a four-year Honours Degree program accredited by the Law Society of Ontario. The curriculum combines legal theory with practical applications, covering areas such as ethics and professional responsibility, negotiation and mediation, evidence, advocacy, tort law, contract law, insurance law, and employment law. Students develop strong oral advocacy skills through class participation, role plays, presentations, and mock trials. A mandatory 14-week (420-hour) paid work placement between the sixth and seventh semesters provides hands-on, real-world experience that employers value.
